Enrollment Privacy Notice

This notice covers information submitted through the trader and Trading Office Partnership enrollment forms. Contact support@capilogic.com with privacy queries, access/correction requests or a request to withdraw an incomplete application.

Information and purpose

We collect your identity/contact details, age, address, office/group details where applicable, referral attribution, requested identity and bank proof, signature and consent record, and payment reference/proof to administer enrollment, assess eligibility, verify identity/payment, prevent fraud, provide support and maintain required records. Supply only the requested documents; use masked Aadhaar where appropriate. Do not provide banking passwords, PINs or OTPs.

Access and storage

Documents and signature data are encrypted in private storage. Original documents are restricted to you and authorised CapiLogic reviewers; privileged reviewer access requires additional authentication and is audited. Application data is processed using the site's hosting/storage providers. An approved private scanning or email processor may be used when configured. Referral partners receive only limited lead/status information appropriate to the referral workflow; they do not receive your identity documents or signature.

Retention and requests

Document viewing expires after the retention period shown in the upload step. CapiLogic's retention controls erase expired documents in batches. Transaction, consent and dispute records may be retained where required for legal obligations or the establishment/defence of claims. Contact the team to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal; legally required records may need to be retained. You may stop before payment submission; enrollment cannot be completed without the mandatory verification information. This notice does not ask you to waive rights available under applicable law.

Applicant selfie and usage analytics

Your original applicant selfie is stored privately without altering the evidence image. Agreement previews display a timestamp overlay showing when the server received it; this is not proof of the original camera capture time. The accepted agreement references the photo hash and server-confirmed receipt time. Uploaded image metadata is not used to infer an identity or original capture time.

Optional anonymous analytics use a random visitor identifier only after consent. They record visits and form interaction without document contents or form answers. Visit events are retained for 90 days and visitor sessions for 30 days. Enrollment progress and referral attribution are operational records required to resume your application and prevent reassignment. Partners see only their own network activity and submitted leads. You can change optional analytics consent on the published form or page.

Electronic consent

The signed agreement records its text/version, acceptance time, authenticated account and a drawn or typed acknowledgment. It is not an Aadhaar eSign or certificate-based digital signature. Review all details before submitting payment. Submitted details are locked against ordinary user changes; requested corrections must be coordinated through CapiLogic.
